CAS has conspicuously stated that their investigation has already begun and also Sinner’s lawyer will soon present the reports of this matter to begin the case. But importantly, it must be noted that CAS has not given any assurance or date when the result of this will be declared. Jamie Singer has been appointed as the lawyer by Sinner. Both WADA and Sinner’s legal team have probably more 10 days left to submit their argumentation.

The trial has begun. CAS 2024/A/10908- it is not an insignificant acronym, but it is the role number assigned by the CAS to the Jannik Sinner case. However,  it is unknown till now when Jannik Sinner will have to explain why and how the prohibited steroid entered his body. And if he is found guilty of his mistakes , he’ll not be considered rather will be punished.
